KT Farms
Yesterday Derek's preschool had a field trip. They extended the invite to all of the sisters in the ward. It was fun. I loved that it was local. The lady that runs it did a really great job with them. It was perfect for preschoolers. He got to feed some animals, and watch some get fed. They got to learn a little about how pumpkins grow, plant some pumpkin seeds, and brought them home. Hopefully they do okay! Last year while we were carving the pumpkin Jared planted some seeds in the backyard. We had a vine this summer with flowers! We never got any honeybees back there, so the flowers didn't get pollinated. Maybe next year we could try to pollinate it/them if we don't get bees again.
I am really liking the preschool co-op. The kids are really sweet, and the moms are becoming my good friends. Derek is learning a ton, and about every 6 weeks I get to teach at our house. Which makes it fun for me too. I'm not sure I could handle teaching them more often. It's a lot of work to find and prepare all of those activites for the two 1/2 hours! I have a serious renewed appreciation for teachers who do this ALL DAY, EVERY day, for 4 times as many children! Wow. Teachers really are amazing!
I am so glad that we got to do this together. His smile, and being with him, just makes me happy. Man, I love that little guy. Actually, all of my kiddos! What a lucky mama I am!

Love that sweet boy too! What a perfect little pumpkin he picked out! Sounds like a fun little outing. :)
Looks like fun! I love doing the preschool coops, too! What a special time to have with your littlest one!
