Hollywoodland

The day after we went to Sea World (there's a slideshow in the next part of the post :) ), we went on a walk over by the Hollywood sign. It was a gorgeous day, and I was really impressed with our kids' stamina. Shel had been before and she carried Derek in the backpack. It was interesting to see signs that read Hollywoodland as we got close to the trailhead. Makayla was disappointed that we weren't able to go right up to the sign. Shel said there was another trail that got closer, but we'll save that for another time!
