She's so excited to be able to see better. I smiled when I saw her case for her glasses. SO Malia, isn't it? :)
We went to Wal-mart afterward to pick up Derek's vitamins, and a few other things. As we were getting out of the van Jared kept pointing to faraway signs and asking Malia, "What does that one say?" She would excitedly read it to him. Hopefully Makayla will stop being...I don't know the right word for it... something, and more supportive. I guess those are some of the joys of surviving, I mean, living, with a 10 and 3/4? year old girl (or "tween" as Makayla corrects Jason)! Sheesh!

I love your red glasses!! Glasses are so "in" right now that even people that don't need them will wear them just to look cool! Your case is awesome! I wish I had a case like that for my glasses! Makayla must just be jealous that she can't join the Hatt family glasses club. :)
THose are some pretty cool glasses Malia. And I love the cute case - it's like a little purse. So fun! And I have to say that girls who wear glasses are totally cool! Welcome to the club!
What a cute girl! I love your glasses, too! I remember doing the same thing when I first got my glasses- I was amazed that I could see individual leaves on the trees. It is a great club!

Too cute! I love the new look! I might be biased, but girls with glasses are awesome! Plus, it's great to see! Right!? Man, I need to get me one of those adorable glasses cases! Love it!
