So I'm getting ready to go camping, and have to even out the work of stylist Makayla...Much lecturing, frustration, then laughing...I think Shel talked Jared into doing that, when she was, 3?...I wish I would have had more practice cutting hair myself when it came time to damage control...

We had a very fun time! It was SO windy on the beach. We were getting sand blasted without sunglasses. It was also kinda chilly. We didn't play on the beach too long. Poor Jason went to bed early tonight! The rest of us got to sleep on the drive home! Fun to get away, and fun to be home.

Wow! That looks like such a fun trip! I was wishing we were there playing with you. Jordan would have loved all of the animals.

Holy smokes! Makayla has short hair too! When did you cut hers? Kids and scissors. What's the fascination? Tee hee hee! I cut Katie's hair and I didn't do that great of a job! Looks like a great time! Glad you had a fun time!

Wow - that brought back a lot of memories of our trip to Brookings a few years ago with you! So fun! Makayla - unlike Malia, I am going to wait until you graduate from beauty school before I ask you to cut my hair!! :) I think it is cute that Malia had such confidence in your abilities that she asked you to do it! And trust me I have seen much worse - right Aunt Natalie? Bet Kennedy is glad her Mom's skills have improved since she gave Aunt Katie hair cuts! At least Malia didn't have scalp showing through! Yikes!! XXOO to all of you

Cute haircuts! I think they are beautiful girls no matter what their hairstyle is! Looks like you had a fun and EXHAUSTING vacation! I can't believe you touched a shark, skunk and poisonouse sea urchin!
