This Christmas Eve we got together with some friends. It was so much fun! The Soren family brought amazing lasagna and rolls. We provided the salad and dessert. We watched Mr. Krueger's Christmas, Nora's Christmas Gift, played BINGO, enjoyed prizes, acted out the nativity, and really enjoyed each other's company. It was very neat because at our ward Christmas party, Lindsey and Jaron were Mary and Joseph, and McKenzie played baby Jesus. Their daughter Lilian was Mary in our reenactment, and their son Connor wanted to be the donkey.

Christmas was wonderful. We had so much fun we only took one picture. Having sacrament meeting on Christmas Day was very special. Taking the sacrament on the day we celebrate our Savior's birth was a highlight. It brought home why we celebrate so much more! Jason was so sweet to come early for warm-up, and sit with the kids after the sacrament while I sang with the choir.
Having Jason home with us all day was so nice. Having a camera back that I'm familiar with was fun too!!
With all the months of preparation, it's hard to believe it's done in just 24 short hours!! Hope yours was merry as well!
